Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

I found this recipe for Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake on the Cook's Illustrated web site.
What a terrific cake. It takes a while to make but it is definitely worth it. I've made it twice. The first time I made it was for my sweetheart's birthday. The second time I made it for Thanksgiving. This recipe is a keeper.
